Coaching / In-person + independent

Hybrid Coaching

One in-person session a week with me, and individualized programming you run independently the rest of the week. Designed for the women whose lives do not stand still.

Who it is for

Women who already have some training rhythm and want a real coach in their corner without having to be in the gym with me three times a week. Women who travel often and need a program that works on the road. Women in the wider Treasure Valley who want the assessment and the programming but do not live close enough to be in Eagle every other day.

Hybrid clients tend to be self-directed but tired of guessing. They want the structure and the accountability of real coaching without the schedule of fully in-person work.

What a typical week looks like

One in-person session a week with me in Eagle. That session is where we run the most demanding work, where I cue, where I correct, and where we adjust the program based on what is actually happening in your body.

The rest of the week, you run your program independently, with a written plan and notes that tell you what to do and why. Asynchronous check-ins between sessions handle the questions that come up so adjustments do not have to wait.

What is included

Who it is not for

Women who want me in the room every session. Women who are brand-new to strength training and want hands-on coaching for most of their work. Both are valid; both are better served by 1-on-1 coaching.

Common questions

How often do we meet in person?

Once a week. The in-person session is where we run the most demanding work and adjust the program based on what is actually happening in your body.

What if I am traveling for weeks at a time?

The program adapts. We design the independent portion around the equipment and time you actually have, and we keep up the asynchronous check-ins so adjustments do not have to wait until you are back.

What gym do I need access to for the independent training?

Depends on the program we build for you. We talk about your equipment access during the discovery call and program accordingly. A basic strength-training gym is enough for most clients; some prefer to train at home with a small setup.

Can I switch between Hybrid and 1-on-1?

Yes. Some clients start with 1-on-1 to learn the program and shift to Hybrid once they have a rhythm. Others go the other way. The shape of coaching should fit the season you are in.
