Hybrid Coaching

Personalized strength coaching with a combination of in-person guidance and independent training.

Hybrid Coaching is designed for women who want the expertise and accountability of a coach while having the flexibility to complete some of their training on their own.

Like all of my coaching options, we begin with a comprehensive movement assessment. This allows me to understand how your body moves, what areas need attention, and how to build a program that supports your goals.

From there, you'll meet with me regularly for coaching, technique feedback, and program adjustments while completing additional workouts independently through your personalized training plan.

Who it's for

Hybrid Coaching is ideal for women who want a personalized plan but don't need a coach present for every workout.

This option works well for women who:

You do not need to be an experienced athlete, but you should feel comfortable following a program independently. If you train in a gym setting, you should have a basic understanding of gym equipment and how to navigate that environment.

The biggest factor in your results will be your consistency. Your program is designed specifically for you, but progress comes from completing the work between our sessions.

What to expect

Hybrid Coaching clients meet with me at least once per week.

During our in-person sessions, we'll focus on:

Your independent workouts will be delivered through a coaching app where you can view your program, track your progress, and communicate with me between sessions.

I'll be able to review your workouts, provide feedback, and make changes as needed to ensure your program continues to match your goals.

What's included

Is this right for you?

Hybrid Coaching is a great fit if you want a coach in your corner but also enjoy the independence of completing workouts on your own.

It may not be the right fit if you prefer someone present for every exercise session, are brand new to strength training, or struggle with following through on independent workouts.

Common questions

How often do we meet in person?

At least once per week. In-person sessions are where we review your progress, coach exercise technique and movement quality, address mobility or strength limitations, and progress your program as your abilities improve.

What if I am traveling for weeks at a time?

The program adapts. We design the independent portion around the equipment and time you actually have, and we stay in touch through the coaching app so adjustments do not have to wait until you are back.

What gym do I need access to for the independent training?

Depends on the program we build for you. We talk about your equipment access during the discovery call and program accordingly. A basic strength-training gym is enough for most clients; some prefer to train at home with a small setup.

Can I switch between Hybrid and 1-on-1?

Yes. Some clients start with 1-on-1 to learn the program and shift to Hybrid once they have a rhythm. Others go the other way. The shape of coaching should fit the season you are in.
