1-on-1 Coaching

Two to three in-person sessions a week with me, in Eagle, Idaho. Every program is built from your assessment, not from a template I happened to have on a shelf.

Who it is for

Women who want hands-on, in-the-room coaching. Who want a program that reflects their actual body, not a generic strength template. Who play tennis or pickleball or golf, travel often, want to keep up with grandkids, and want their training to make all of that easier rather than harder.

You do not need to be already strong. You do not need to be coming back from anything specific. You need to be willing to start with an assessment and trust an individualized plan.

What a typical week looks like

Most 1-on-1 clients train with me two or three times per week. Each session is roughly an hour and is structured: a warmup built from the breath and mobility work that came out of your assessment, the main strength work for the day, and a small accessory or recovery piece to close.

Between sessions, you have the recovery practices and mobility work that the program asks for. Nothing complicated. Nothing that requires equipment you do not have. Just the things that make the in-the-room work hold.

What is included

Who it is not for

People looking for a quick fat-loss program with a fixed end date. People who want a bootcamp or group-class energy. People who want a program built around aesthetics alone. People who are not ready to address how they actually move, breathe, and recover.

Common questions

How many sessions a week do most clients do?

Two or three. Two is a strong rhythm for most people. Three works well if your goals are more ambitious or you have the time and recovery to support it.

Where do sessions happen?

In Eagle, Idaho. Exact location is shared after the discovery call.

Do you take insurance?

No. Personal training is not an insurance-covered service.

Can I share my hour with my husband or a friend?

Not for 1-on-1. The hour is structured around one body at a time so the work can be precise. If you and someone else both want coaching, we can talk about whether that looks like 1-on-1 for each of you on different days or some other arrangement.

What if I have an injury or chronic pain?

We address it in the assessment and the program is built around it. I do not diagnose or treat injuries; if something needs a clinician, I will say so and help you find one.
