1-on-1 Coaching

Personalized strength coaching in Eagle, Idaho.

Every client starts with a comprehensive movement assessment. That assessment tells us how your body moves, where you're compensating, what may be contributing to pain or stiffness, and what needs the most attention. From there, I build a program specifically for you.

Whether your goal is to move without pain, get stronger, improve your balance, or simply feel more confident doing the things you love, every exercise has a purpose.

Who it's for

Private coaching is designed for women who want more than a workout.

Many of my clients enjoy golfing, pickleball, hiking, traveling, gardening, or spending time with their grandchildren. They aren't trying to become competitive athletes, they simply want a body that keeps up with the life they want to live.

You might be dealing with nagging aches and pain, stiffness, balance concerns, previous injuries, feel like your body isn't working the way it used to, or you simply want to invest in your future self.

The only requirement is a willingness to show up consistently and trust the process.

What to expect

Each session is approximately one hour and includes:

As your movement improves, your program evolves. We regularly reassess so you're always working on what your body needs next.

If I recommend mobility or recovery work between sessions, it will be simple, practical, and designed to reinforce the progress you're making in the gym.

What's included

Where we train

I currently offer coaching at two Eagle locations, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for your schedule.

Home Studio – West Eagle

A quiet, private training space that's ideal if you prefer one-on-one coaching without distractions.

Premier Spine and Sport – East Eagle

A calm, professional training environment that's convenient for clients on the east side of Eagle.

Is this right for you?

This is probably a great fit if you want a coach who pays attention to the details, has a purpose for each exercise, and adjusts your program based on how your body responds.

It may not be the right fit if you're looking for a bootcamp, a high-intensity group class, or a short-term program focused only on losing weight before an event.

My goal isn't to wear you out. It's to help you move better, build lasting strength, reduce unnecessary pain, and give you confidence in what your body can do; today and for years to come.

Common questions

How many sessions a week do most clients do?

Two or three. Two is a strong rhythm for most people. Three works well if your goals are more ambitious or you have the time and recovery to support it.

Where do sessions happen?

At two Eagle locations: my home studio in West Eagle, a quiet, private training space; and Premier Spine and Sport in East Eagle, a calm, professional training environment. You choose what works best for your schedule.

Do you take insurance?

No. Personal training is not an insurance-covered service.

Can I share my hour with my husband or a friend?

Not for 1-on-1. The hour is structured around one body at a time so the work can be precise. If you and someone else both want coaching, we can talk about whether that looks like 1-on-1 for each of you on different days or some other arrangement.

What if I have an injury or chronic pain?

We address it in the assessment and the program is built around it. I do not diagnose or treat injuries; if something needs a clinician, I will say so and help you find one.
